Formed in 2016, our team brings over 30+ years experience in our industry.
Everything we do is orientated around social value and improving your local communities, which is why we support Local Authorities and Housing Associations with their property maintenance needs across London and the South East.
We are avid supporters of the Net Zero plan and are proud to say we are continuously supporting this goal.

Our Story
Formed in 2016 by it's Managing Directors Sam and Harry, Duplex began it's mission to support Local Communities.
Working Alongside Local Authorities and Housing Associations, Duplex helped tenants reduce their costs and energy usage.
Following the Net Zero Plans announced in June 2019, Duplex became a trusted provider of renewable services.
Each year, Duplex has provided more than 150+ Renewable installations and will continue to do so, with this number growing each year.
Alongside our services, we take great pride in our social values; raising money for charity every year and providing supplies to our local community.
